INDIGO ANCASTER - 737 Golf Links Road, Unit 1 | Ancaster, ON
An engaging adventure that helps children discover how working together can help protect nature and the environment.
Malena, Oli, and Samu have heard grown-ups talking about the environment but they don’t really understand what it all means. When a little robot, Buku, appears on their porch, it transports them to a fantasy world. Buku, shows them what is hurting Earth. “What can we do to help?” the children ask Buku. In a flash, the robot takes them to meet a group of children and their wonderful blue tree. Working together they will find all the answers they need.
In this adventure, the three children discover many things about their own world. They learn why it’s important to protect nature, why the environment is critical for their own future, and how they, as children, can do things better to preserve the beauty in their world.
Since my first book Buku i la Natura was published, our planet's environment has continued to degrade. Our children and grandchildren will have to carry this burden. I believe it is urgent that from an early age they understand they have a responsibility. This prompted me to review Buku i la Natura, and what initially started as a review became a new project, a new book.
Saving Nature features more information about Nature, our environment, and climate change. Children learn what they can do to help save Nature.
